2017  was  a significant  year  for  the  Caribbean  Electric  Utiliry  Services  Corporation  (CARIlEC).  The  Secretariat  launched  the  process  for  the

           and events; strengthened institutional bonds through  collaboration  with  regional partners; and mobilized resources to address the  immediate
