Leadership is identified as the main reason organizations succeed or fail, making it the first priority for development in the quest to grow or turnaround the organization.

The Coronavirus Pandemic has placed the spotlight on leadership across the globe and for many, the cracks and failures are evident. In times of crisis, more is expected of leaders to provide guidance, demonstrate empathy, and lay the groundwork for recovery and growth. But it is not possible to lead others or the organization if one is not prepared for leadership. Leadership development must focus on leading oneself, and then leading others. One must first understand the pathway to leadership development and develop measures of leadership success, both tangible and intangible.

This 5-modular programme is offered over a period of three (3) months and provides participants with the roadmap and competencies to lead themselves and others to attain success. The programme seeks to bring the comfort and impact of a face-to-face learning experience in the online environment. Participants will engage personally with each other and with the Facilitators as they work through their personal challenges and leadership aspirations. Participants will be engaged in introspective exercises, case studies, and small-group discussions in order to interrogate their views and address their personal and organizational challenges.

Gain insights from your own actions! Take your learning to life! Following each module, every participant will have the opportunity to engage in an Action Learning task which allows them to implement their learning in real life. They will then share insights and obtain feedback in a 15-20 minute mini-coaching session with the Module Facilitator.
