Before submitting this application, please note the following:

Three recommendation letters are required:
1. Reference letter from the bank Your company conducts business with; (proof that you are a customer of the bank)
2. Reference letter from a long standing Business Associate/Customer
3. Recommendation from a CARILEC member
Ensure the non-refundable processing fee of UDS$250.00 is enclosed with application.
Copy of your Business Incorporation Certificate.
Copy of your Company Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Notification of approval or otherwise is only issued every March, May, September and December with the sitting of the Board of Directors.

Terms of Payment

Upon Approval of your Application

Membership dues dependant on your membership type must be paid before registration as a member is complete
Companies who become approved before May 31st will pay the full annual membership fee. Companies Approved after May 31st will pay half the annual membership fee for that year.
Please note that Membership fees are due on 1st January annually . All memberships expire on the 31st December and all membership packages renew automatically on an annual basis after your initial term.
Membership benefits will not apply to members whose accounts are more than two months in arrears. If you wish to withdraw your membership ,cessation forms will need to be submitted before the next annual cycle of your membership.
