EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR CONTRACTED SERVICES TO CONDUCT SOCIAL RESEARCH ON KNOWLEDGE ATTITUDES, PRACTICES AND PERCEPTIONS ON ELECTRICITY, ENERGY EFFICIENCY, RENEWABLES AND THE ROLE OF THE PURC IN GRENADA

The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) is currently seeking proposals from eligible
firms/vendors to conduct a Social Research on knowledge attitudes, practices and perceptions on
electricity, energy efficiency, renewables and the role of the PURC.

Objectives:
– To support the promotion, acceptance, and adoption of energy transition policies by
consumers towards the de-carbonization of the Grenadian economy, in particular those related
to renewable energy, energy efficiency and,

– To support the awareness creation /posterior acceptance of the utilities regulator as
an institution serving the needs of Grenadians while understanding best messaging options to
brand its “societal introduction” for optimum building of trust on its roles.”

Invitation is therefore extended for firms/vendors to submit Expression of Interest to conduct the Social
Research.
