GORETTI PAUL

Ms. Goretti J. Paul, the founder and Managing Director of HRWise is a human resource management professional with many years’ experience in the field. An empowering leader, genuine influencer and effective coach, Goretti has a passion for launching programs that foster high-performance and develop future leaders. She served as Vice President HR Saint Lucia and Head of HR Southern Caribbean at a leading regional telecommunications company, before she launched the first full service human resource management company in Saint Lucia.Goretti has been instrumental in the introduction of a regional HR Shared Service Model, design of multiple HR policies and execution of numerous organizational restructuring projects, while maintaining an amicable industrial relations climate. A strategic and innovative HR Professional who translates business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement, she is focused on influencing positive change in the way Human Resource Managment is perceived and valued. This is reflected in initiatives hosted by HRWise, such as the quarterly HR Forums themed “rethinkingHR” and the weekly television talk show “The Office” which seeks to educate the public on topics related to HR and people management.
