Booths can be reserved by completing the attached Booth Registration form which must be forwarded to CARILEC. Upon receipt of the form, an invoice will be produced with a request for payment details.
Payment can be made by cheque or credit card. Payments are due no later than four (4) weeks in advance of the conference date. Cancellations must be received in writing and will carry a US$400 Administrative Fee if cancelled after May 29th 2019.
Booths will be reserved and assigned on a first pay- first serve basis.
