NEW CONFERENCES COORDINATOR AT CARILEC
CARILEC is pleased to announce the appointment of its newest team member - St Lucian Cheryl Hosier who joined in April as
Member Services Co-ordinator.
Cheryls primary responsibilities will be to organise the annual slate of conferences, and to produce the various
CARILEC publications. She is now managing the arrangements for the 2001 CEOs Symposium and has already commenced work on production of the planned CARILEC
magazine, which will be a major new project to be undertaken by the secretariat this year.
With a background in the hotel and hospitality industry, she credits her customer service and organisational skills to having worked at The Royal St. Lucian Hotel (at the time St. Lucias only five
star property) where the calibre of guest demanded the very best in service.
Cheryl is extremely service oriented and sees part of her mission as being to enhance the quality of support and service given to members. She is looking forward to meeting the CARILEC members
and associates at the upcoming CEOs meeting in Grenada.
